Join our Research Laboratory team and contribute to studies that help ensure the safety, quality, and performance of food, dietary supplement, probiotic, and consumer products. As a Research Lab Technician, you will work alongside experienced scientists to support cutting-edge research programs, including probiotic stability testing, validation projects, and microbial challenge studies.
This position offers hands-on experience with advanced microbiological techniques while providing opportunities to develop technical expertise, build scientific problem-solving skills, and grow your career in an innovative laboratory environment.
SUMMARY: Provides effective and functional technical leadership for customized formulations, product innovations, and product optimization projects. Leads product and process development from ideation/pre-formulation through commercialization. Leverages technical insights and product development skills to develop and commercialize new products for current and potential customers. Utilizes standard best practices and procedures in conjunction with hands on formulating, scale up and commercialization support. Close partnership with Sales, customers, and crossfunctional departments to accomplish company and personal goals.
